TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions form an agreement between Hexaspace Technologies Private Limited (“Company”) and its Customers (“Customer”).

  • Hexaspaceis the brand of the Company, engaged in providing complete end-to-end home interior solutions.
  • Customer refers to an individual, organization, or entity availing Hexaspace’s goods and/or services.

1. PRICING & PAYMENT TERMS

  1. Project pricing will depend on site measurements, scope of work, and changes in designs, materials, or finishes. Based on these, the final quote may increase or decrease (approx. 10–20%). Non-standard/custom products or additional scope may lead to a higher variation.
  2. To confirm the order, Customers must make an initial payment of 1,11,000, unless a different amount is approved as Token in writing by the Finance team.
  3. The Customer’s name for booking must match their KYC records. No changes (including GST details) can be made after order booking. Accurate details are essential for legal communication, financing, GST invoicing, or refunds (if applicable).
  4. The quote provided at the time of booking is only an estimate. Final pricing will be confirmed once designs are frozen and site conditions are assessed.
  5. The final instalment payment is due before dispatch of loose furniture from the factory. Materials will not be dispatched until payment is cleared and approved.
  6. For brand-partnered categories, prices and availability depend on manufacturer stock and may fluctuate. Customers may be required to choose alternate products if the selected option is unavailable.
  7. Hexaspace’s work is categorised under Works Contract Services of Interior Solutions (SAC 995476). GST will be charged on each advance payment, and invoices will be raised on project completion.
  8. Cash payments:
    • Max. ₹49,999/- without PAN.
    • Max. ₹1,99,999/- with valid Customer PAN (copy mandatory).
    • Orders cannot be split to accept additional cash.
  9. Quotes are valid for 3 months. Beyond this, revised pricing will apply.
  10. Unloading Services : Any movement of materials by stairs above 2nd floor will attract the following additional charge/s:
    1. A fixed unloading charge of Rs. 5000 shall be charged for movement of material from 3rd floor and above where the service lift is unavailable.
    2. An additional charge of Rs. 1000 will be applicable for each floor movement of material from the 9th floor and above, where the service lift is unavailable.

2. DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION

  1. Delivery and installation will be carried out at the Customer’s specified address, within the committed timeline mentioned in the Quotation.
  2. The delivery timelinestarts only after:
    1. Final design & specification approval by both parties, &
    2. Customer’s payment as per agreed milestones.

3. DELIVERY GUARANTEE

Customers may be eligible for ONE of the following:

  1. Fast-Track Delivery Guarantee: 60 Days
    Applies only if the Customer’s project scope is limited to :
    • a) Modular/Fit-out furniture
    • b) False ceiling
    • c) Standard electrical works
    • d) Countertop services (granite removal & installation)
    • e) Lighting (with installation)
    • f) Loose furniture & mattresses
    • g) Cleaning services

    The fixed timeline delivery guarantee period will begin once ALL 3 of the following stages are complete:

    • Customer and Hexaspace team should have signed off on the design, &
    • Customer has accepted the Hexaspace Turnkey Services Agreement (TSA), &
    • The payment instalment before start of on-site execution is received and approved by Hexaspace.
  2. Estimated Timeline Commitment:
    A fixed timeline delivery guarantee will NOT be applicable on the Customer project if it includes any item over & above from the categories mentioned in Fixed Timeline Guarantee i.e. Any other customer’s project scope than mentioned above.

Pre-conditions for Delivery Guarantee

The Delivery Guarantee shall NOT be applicablein the following cases :

  1. If the following items are in the Customer’s scope or the builder’s scope:
    1. Granite supply or installation;
    2. Hob and /or chimney supply or installation; or
    3. Electrical point shifting;
  2. If the site has restrictions on work timings during the day.
  3. If the Customer is not in full possession of the site and temporary possession has been allowed by the builder.
  4. If there is concurrent work being done at the site by any other third party contractor like Painting, Wallpaper, Wooden Flooring or Carpentry Work during installation, or work being executed by the builder such as civil works, core-cutting, painting, etc.
  5. If there are any changes to designs after design freeze by customer.
  6. If the Customer is living at the site at the time of installation.
  7. Abnormal hindrances in execution like Continuous Lack of Power, Non-Working Lifts, No Permission from Builder, etc.
  8. If any litigation related to the property, site or any other issues related to the Customer or builder or any third party which disrupts the work of Hexaspace.
  9. A Force Majeure event occurs. (A Force Majeure event refers to the acts of God including; such as flooding, hurricane, earthquake, lightning, any natural calamities etc., environmental condition such as air pollution, solvent exposure, mold, mildew etc., or staining from foreign substances such as dirt, grease, oils, sprays etc. fire, acts of war, acts of terrorism, pandemic, lockdown, acts of Government or any other event which is beyond the control of Hexaspace)
  10. OEM replacements due to functional defects found at the time of handover are outside the Delivery Guarantee. The replacements will be done free of cost based on the OEM timeline and Hexaspace will facilitate the replacements. Eg. hardware, appliances like hob and chimney, accessories, colour mismatch or scratches in handles, etc.
  11. Deep scratches found on shutters after peeling off of protective liners will be replaced by Hexapsace if they are not removable using polishing agents, but they are outside of Delivery Guarantee.
  12. Shade variation for the same colour of shutter finish will be replaced based on OEM (like Merino, Action Tesa, etc.) timeline, free of cost, but the same will be outside of Delivery Guarantee. Hexaspace will facilitate the replacements through OEMs.
  13. The word “Guarantee” or “Guaranteed” is used in marketing, branding, promotions, other places on the website and/or such other Products owned and managed by Hexaspace, in common parlance only and it should be interpreted accordingly.

If Hexaspace fails to complete within the timeline guarantee (whether Fast-track or Estimated Timeline), Hexaspace shall bear the rental expense of the client up till the date of handover of project to the client on proportionate basis, subject to a maximum rent of ₹ 15,000 p.m. for delay of up till 2 months, Provided that no changes, additions & deletions are made from Client’s end after finalisation of 3D & working drawings.

4. WARRANTY

1. Hexaspace’s PRODUCT Warranty – 10 YEARS

In case of any manufacturing defect in any of the following Products, and the same being in the warranty period, Hexaspace shall repair or replace, at its discretion, the said Products.

• Shutter
Covers all core materials: BWP/BWR /Commercial Plywood, HDF, MDF, Aluminium Shutter Frame.

2. PRODUCT from OEMs – MANUFACTURER WARRANTY EXTENSION

In case of certain Products (as listed below) being procured from original equipment manufacturers (OEM) and supplied to the Customer, the Customer shall be provided with the warranty as provided by such OEM.

3 Other PRODUCTS – NO WARRANTY

All other items, Products or materials supplied or used by Hexaspace are provided without warranties of any kind.

4. Hexaspace’s SERVICE Warranty – 6 months

In case of any INSTALLATION DEFECT in any of the following Product(s), within 1 year of handover date, Hexaspace shall repair, at its discretion, the said Products, with respect to underlined service issues and exceptions.

Countertop Warranty on installation only, not countertop material.
False Ceiling Warranty for material and installation.
Provided false ceiling surface area exceeds 150 sqft., subject to NO moisture exposure.
Painting Covers fading of colour shade, film Integrity, chalking and peeling of the paint from the surface, growth of fungus and algae on the surface due to issues not pertaining to exceptions.
Provided the painting area should be more than 250 sqft.
Electrical Covers the cost of electrical items including wiring & conduits and labour required to rectify the concerned works.
Provided the electrical scope of work should exceed Rs.50,000/-.
Plumbing Covers leakage in plumbing or Sanitary Pipes, improper fixing of plumbing fixtures due to manufacturing defects.
Provided plumbing scope of work should exceed Rs. 25,000/-.
Civil • Covers civil works limited to dado tiling, flooring and skirting tiling/ marble laying for material and workmanship failure.
• Covers dado and floor tile grouting, hollow sound when tapped on the floor/dado surface due to incorrect application or insufficient cement mortar filling, and/or floor/dado fall due to poor workmanship. Covers brick cladding and jaali installation too.
• Provided Civil scope of work should exceed Rs. 25,000.
Custom Work • Covers custom carpentry, for material and workmanship failure
• Covers custom work which includes wall partition, wall panelling, headboards, pooja units, glass/ mirror works, metal works, cladding, other carpentry works.
• Covers fit and finish of the product, bulging and bending of core material, bubble formation/ peeling- off of top finish such as laminates, veneers etc.
• Covers fading of colour/ patterns, peeling of edge banding subject to use of products in hygienic surroundings with proper maintenance
Soft Furnishings Applicable on fabric against manufacturing defects, and on stitching related issues.

3 Other PRODUCTS – NO WARRANTY

All other items, Products or materials supplied or used by Hexaspace are provided without
warranties of any kind.

4. Hexaspace’s SERVICE Warranty – 6 months

In case of any INSTALLATION DEFECT in any of the following Product(s), within 1 year of
handover date, Hexaspace shall repair, at its discretion, the said Products, with respect to
underlined service issues and exceptions.

Limitations to Warranty

Hexaspace does NOT warrant against and is not responsible for any condition of the Warranty Covered
Products attributable to or any damage to such Products caused by any of the following:

  1. Wear and tear suffered through normal use (including scratches, dents and cuts) or damage caused by impacts or accidents or mishandling.
  2. Does NOT cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, normal wear and tear.
  3. Only bends that are >5mm will be attended by Hexaspace.
  4. Water leakage and seepage within the building structure and continuous dampness of the surface beyond (i) 72 hours for BWP grade plywood; 48 hours for BWR grade plywood; and 24 hours for exterior grade HDF.
  5. Degradation, discolouration, damage, fading, etc. in colour, grain, or texture of natural wood materials, laminates and other materials due to exposure to intensive or excessive light, sunlight, moisture or heat or other environmental factors.
  6. Use of inappropriate chemicals, detergents, abrasives or other inappropriate cleaning agents that can damage the wooden surface of the products or rust the accessories.
  7. Mistreatment, negligent use, misuse, insufficient or improper care (including but not limited to exposure to harsh weather conditions).
  8. Alterations, modifications or use of products which are beyond or inconsistent with the supplied product instructions by Hexaspace and/ the usage of products which have not been authorised by Hexaspace.
  9. Destroyed, damaged or becomes unusable due to any Force Majeure event. (A Force Majeure event refers to the acts of God including; such as flooding, hurricane, earthquake, lightning, any natural calamities etc., environmental condition such as air pollution, solvent exposure, mold, mildew etc., or staining from foreign substances such as dirt, grease, oils, sprays etc. fire, acts of war, acts of terrorism, pandemic, lockdown, acts of Government or any other event which is beyond the control of Hexaspace)
  10. Improper maintenance of the Covered Products the same not being utilised for the intended purpose;
  11. In case of a resale of the Covered Products (either as part of the sale of Customer’s property or otherwise);
  12. the Covered Products have been subject to re-installation, repair or alteration by any person not authorised by Hexaspace;
  13. Rusting of channels, hinges and other metallic parts, as these could be damaged due to household chemicals and sprays or exposure to moisture/dampness;
  14. In case of defects caused by pests and pets including but not limited to termites, ants, wood borers, rats, dogs and cats;

Procedure to claim Warranty

  • Customers must email hi@hexaspace.in with photos/proof.
  • Hexaspace will inspect and, if approved, repair or replace the product.
  • Hexaspace does not guarantee that the replacement product will be exactly the same as the Covered defective Product.
  • Replacement products will not carry a fresh warranty but will be covered under the original term.

Complimentary Services:

  • Up to 3 free services within 6 months of handover (alignment, minor fixes, etc.).
  • Post 3 free services, a nominal charge of Rs. 750 per visit shall be charged for evaluating coverage of warranty as claimed.

5. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • At Hexaspace, our foremost priority is to deliver every project to completion with excellence and integrity.
  • However, since we collaborate with multiple partners — including manufacturers, vendors, and various material suppliers — there may be rare situations where adjustments to pricing or material options become necessary. In such cases, we believe in maintaining complete fairness and transparency with our customers, offering them the flexibility to cancel their order if the circumstances call for it.

6. CUSTOMER CONDUCT

  • Customers must treat Hexaspace representatives with respect, without discrimination of any kind.
  • A safe, compliant, and cooperative site environment must be provided. Failure to do so may result in delays or withholding of services, and such delays will not count as breach by Hexaspace.
  • Any misconduct by Hexaspace staff must be reported to hr@hexaspace.in within 48 hours with valid proof.

7. PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY POLICY

  • Customers authorize Hexaspace to collect and use personal data strictly for service delivery.
  • Hexaspace may contact Customers via phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email regarding services.
  • Customers consent to sharing data with vendors, franchisees, and partners, subject to Privacy Policy.
  • Completed projects may be photographed and published for portfolio/marketing.
  • Requests for data deletion should be sent to hi@hexaspace.in.

8. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
